POTATO NEST filled with smoked haddock & king prawns in a rich cheese sauce

(v) SLICED SEASONAL MELON filled with a refreshing sorbet and exotic fresh fruits

MEATY GAME TERRINE with a Cumberland sauce and toasted brioche

TIAN OF SUCCULENT PRAWNS in a marie-rose sauce on salad leaves with a pesto drizzle and homemade soda bread

(v) BAKED FILO GOATS CHEESE PARCEL with a dressing of roasted mixed peppers and cranberries

TRIO OF SMOKED MEATS: CHICKEN, DUCK, PIGEON BREAST with an apple & apricot chutney

 

INTERMEDIATE COURSE - 2ND COURSE

SMOKED SALMON ROULADE filled with a salmon and cream mousse.

FRESH FRUIT PRESENTATION

 

MAINS – 3RD COURSE

MEDLEY OF SEAFISH: salmon in filo pastry, cod in prosciutto ham on ratatouille vegetables, king prawn Monkfish skewer timbale of fragrant rice.

ROASTED LOIN OF PORK STEAK on a tomato and aubergine gateau, apple sauce crackling, set on a red currant port wine sauce.

BRAISED LAMB SHANK on a creamy mash in a rich redcurrant sauce

CHICKEN BREAST on a plum tarte tartine with a tangy plum sauce

DUO OF GRESSINGHAM DUCK: crispy confit of duck leg and pan-fried breast with a morello cherry brandy sauce

(v) LIGHTLY SCRAMBLED EGGS with fresh asparagus on a tomato bruschetta – served with a rocket parmesan cheese salad.

All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables & potato dish

DESSERTS – 4TH COURSE

APPLE & MIXED NUT CRUMBLE with crème anglaise

MERINGUE TRIO: vanilla, dark & white chocolate icecreams

A TANGY LEMON MOUSSE served with a shortbread biscuit

BANOFFEE PIE (pastry base filled with a soft caramel bananas & tia-maria sweetened cream)

CHOCOLATE CUP MOUSSE with whipped cream and fresh fruits

FARM HOUSE CHEESES with water biscuits and oatcakes, grapes, apple and chutney
