STARTERS

 

(v) Homemade Cream of Asparagus and Garden Pea Soup

 

                                (v) Seasonal Melon with a refreshing sorbet and fresh berries garnish.

 

Deep Fried Filo Prawns served with a sweet chili dip.   

 

Smooth Homemade Chicken Liver Pate – Melba toast.

 

                 Smoked Salmon Roulade filled with a light salmon cream cheese mousse with herb mayonnaise.

 

 

MAIN COURSE

         

TRADITIONAL ROAST WELSH BEEF (our renowned roast beef) served with Yorkshire pudding.

 

ROAST CROWN OF TURKEY BREAST, sage & onion stuffing, pig in blanket and cranberry sauce.

 

BRAISED LAMB STEAK in a Rich Fruit Demi glace sauce with bacon and shallots.

 

BAKED SALMON STEAK on creamed leeks with a Prawn and Champagne sauce.

 

(v) BAKED FIELD MUSHROOM with Goats cheese and salsa peppers and onions with plum dip.

 

(v) VEGTABLE NUT ROAST with Yorkshire pudding and vegetarian gravy.

 

All main dishes served with fresh seasonal vegetables, roast & new potatoes
