STARTERS
(v) Homemade Roasted Tomato Soup with Potato dumplings and chive
(v) (G.F) Seasonal Melon with a refreshing sorbet and fresh berries garnish
(v) Gougere (Savoury cheese choux pastry) with garlic cream mushrooms.
Terrine of Prawn and Salmon with bread croute.
Sliced Beef Tomato topped with our homemade chicken liver pate – Melba toast.
MAIN COURSE
TRADITIONAL ROAST WELSH BEEF (our renowned roast beef) served with Yorkshire pudding
ROAST CROWN OF TURKEY BREAST, sage & onion stuffing, pig in blanket and cranberry sauce
HERB CRUSTED COD FILLET on a lemon cream sauce.
(v) VEGTABLE NUT ROAST with Yorkshire pudding and vegetarian gravy
(v) BAKED CHEESE AND RED ONION SOUFFLE
