1ST COURSE

  • Creamy Chicken Veloute Soup with Julienne of Vegetables.
  • (v) Filo Parcel of Chevre goats cheese baked in the oven served with an orange cranberry compote.
  • Confit of Gressingham duck leg on a potato Galette with a plum drizzle.
  • Quenelle of Chicken Liver and Smoked bacon Parfait with Soda bread.
  • Prawn and crab tian on Avocado marinated with lime and coriander on salad leaves.
  • Fanned melon with a refreshing sorbet.

 

2ND COURSE

  • Plaice fillet with a cheese mushroom sauce and pastry fleuron.

Or

  • Smoked Game sausage and chutney.

 


 

3RD COURSE

  • Baked Chunky Cod on a warm sliced tomato salad with asparagus spears and Hollandaise sauce.
  • Prime Steak medallions on a mash with a picked walnut sauce.
  • Roasted Lamb Rumps on a buttery savoy cabbage with smoked bacon –          red current and minted sauce.
  • Breaded Escalope of Chicken layered with Ham, Gruyere Cheese served with a garlic cream sauce.
  • Loin Roasted Pork with Crackling on a sage + onion croute apple compote and roasted pan gravy.
  • (v) Red wine Risotto with baked field mushroom ratatouille garnish and parmesan shavings.

4TH COURSE

 

  • Rich decadence Chocolate Torte set on a biscuit base with a fruit coulis and pouring cream.
  • Bread and Butter Pudding served warm with a brulee glaze and crème Anglaise.
  • Warm treacle and Pecan Nut tartlet with vanilla Ice-Cream.
  • Selection of Refreshing Sorbets served in a brandy snap basket.
  • Selection of Farmhouse cheeses with apple, onion chutney, fruits, celery and cheese biscuits.

 


 

5TH COURSE

 

  • Fresh Cafeteria Coffee with homemade chocolate fudge
